802215 – Keylocking Insert M6x1.0 , 10.00mm LG / Ex Thrd M10x1.25 Self Locking

Keylocking threaded inserts are used to quickly repair stripped, damaged or worn out threads with new stronger threads or for use in original equipment. The inserts are easy to install and easy to remove. No special drills, taps or pre-winder tools are required. The keys are driven down into the threads of the surrounding base material, locking the inserts in place.

Hole prepared with the standard taps and drills. Install in seconds with Tridar power installation tool. Available in various sizes in heavy duty and extra heavy duty configuration.

Meets the following configuration specifications : MS51831, MS51832, MS51833, MS 51834 Series. Internal thread locking feature meets the requirements of ML-I-45914. Exclusive external thread design provides maximum pull out strength with a minimum outside diameter.

Inserts materials : 303, Nitronic 60, 4140 Alloy, Carbon Steel  / Surface finishing : Plain, Dry Film Lube
